Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase from Flying Monkey Labs ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you ("the buyer") agree to them.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 21 years old and buying for legitimate in-vitro research. We may ask for proof of age or institutional affiliation and may refuse any order.

2. Research use only

Our products are research chemicals, not drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics. You agree not to use them, or allow them to be used, in humans or animals. Our full Research Use Policy is part of these terms.

3. Buyer responsibility

You are responsible for safe handling, storage and disposal, and for following all federal, state and local laws.

4. No medical advice

Nothing on our site or from our staff is medical, dosing or treatment advice, and our staff will not answer such questions.

5. Order cancellation

We may cancel and refund any order we believe breaks these terms, and close the related account.

6. Product information

Specifications come from certificates of analysis for each lot. We make no promise about the outcome of any experiment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

8. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims arising from misuse of products or breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
